About InFounders

The support I needed didn't exist. So I built it.

InFounders brings the high-trust, confidential peer circle top CEOs rely on directly to the entrepreneurs laying everything on the line to build something new.

The origin story

From the startup trenches to the mastermind table

For years, I was deep in the startup grind — chasing traction, extinguishing daily fires, and watching my life fall out of balance. I learned firsthand just how brutally isolating building a venture can be.

Everything shifted when I joined my first mastermind. Having a dedicated, confidential room of peers who actually understood the founder journey changed how I led — and how I lived. Now, we make it plug-and-play for your program to give your founders that same transformative edge.

The founders sacrificing everything rarely had access to that same level of support.

At the highest levels of business, established CEOs often rely on confidential peer groups (also known as forums) to navigate high-stakes decisions and heavy pressure. But they often require a hefty membership and to have reached $1M+ in sales. It makes them inaccessible to earlier-stage founders, those giving up their income, security, identity, and personal lives to pursue their dream and vision.

I created InFounders in 2017 to close that gap, bringing elite-level masterminds directly into the accelerators where ambitious founders already are.

Entrepreneurship is one of the hardest and loneliest paths.

It doesn't have to be this way.

Thought leadership & research

Unlocking the power of peership

Through years of facilitating groups and studying peer dynamics across very different spaces — CEO forums, startup masterminds, and high-trust support groups like AA and grief circles — I've analyzed what happens when people are given a safe space to solve hard problems together.

When you change how peers interact, you fundamentally change how people grow.

The upcoming book: Peership

How high-trust peer groups propel people further than traditional mentorship or lectures ever could — and how to harness those dynamics across teams, events, and whole communities.

Event & organizational advisory

Through aikothurlow.com, I work with enterprise leaders and conference organizers to enrich peer dynamics inside large event spaces.

“Founders don't just need more advice or content.

They need a trusted space where they can be honest, find clarity and speed, and belong to a team that has their back.”
